Art/Media
I have created a lot of art both physcially and digitally for a variety of classed using different platforms, such as paint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Wood, Paint, and vinyl cutting.

This is a project from my Multimedia class that involved using Adobe Illustrator to create a multi layered wooden scene of an animal using the wood laser cutter. This is the cutting file that was used in the process of printing all of the pieces. All of the thin lines are what the printer tracked when cutting, and all of the shaded in portions or thicker line are what was etched into the wood. I went through multiple animal sketches before ending on this one.

The final product from the cutting, utilizing multiple wood types to distinguish each part of the piece more; from the log being its own separate wood, to the tulip using walnut wood.

Another Adobe Illustrator project that I created in the multimedia class was this vinyl printing of the St. Louis Arch. This piece was made as if you were viewing it from a ground level angle, viewing the city skyline at nighttime. The white triangle at the bottom was to make the door and window of the building in the background see through in the final image. The extra parts of the window that extend over the boundary would be cut of when transferring it to the physical piece.

The final product of the vinyl cut illustration. The missing border in the sky and door were cutout to make them see though on the glass. I ended up working quite a few hours on the weekend in the workshop working on this one, printing out all the individual pieces to put it together.

This was for another project in the multimedia class, where we had to create an abstract sculpture using the wood laser cutter. This was for the base structure of my sculpture, that would form the shape of the tornado. I meticulously made sure that each insert slot (the rectangles within the rings) were at the exact positions they needed to be in to make sure they would connect perfectly when put together.

This sheet was made mainly for all of connecting pieces of this sculpture as well as some of the game pieces that would line the outside of the sculpture. The small u-shaped hooks were to cover any open notched on the piece that I didn't use. The L shaped pieces on the top were to connect the game pieces to the structure. The real challenge was the connecting pieces at the bottom, which had to be precisely measured in order to make sure they were the proper height and angle in order to give the project its proper shape on the first try.

Some more of the pieces for the sculpture project, these were intentionally made to look broken, as they were being thrown around in a tornado.

The final sculpture created from the put together pieces. The abstract sculpture was designed to look like a tornado picking up all of the game pieces from a toy chest and throwing them around. I went through the lengths of painting the pieces, which added another layer of challenge when putting it together, as the paint made sliding the notches together stiff.

This was the last project from the multimedia class. This involved creating vinyl stickers and placing them somewhere in the environment on campus. I made this project themed around the Pikmin series, where my goal was to make is seem as if the Pikmin were carrying fruit through the inside of a fence pipe.

One example of the Pikmin project placed in the environment, simulating the Pikmin climbing into the fence.

Another part of the piece; designed to look as if they are running through the inside of the pipe.

This was a painting where I had to make a portrait of myself through a filter and recreate it by using one particular shape over and over again. I made a small cat head to duplicate over and over again.

This was a digital piece created using Adobe Photoshop with a Wacom art tablet and pen. I used the characters of Colonel Ruffs and Eve from the mobile game Brawl Stars to create a piece using a sketchier art style.

An Adobe Photoshop art piece where the task was to emulate an artist, and I chose to emulate Jim Davis's art for Garfield comics. I learned a lot about how his environments were laid out and the particular ways he draws his characters.

The final project I made for an art class; this one was inspired by the game Bugsnax. This piece involved a lot of character design, environment design, and used various techniques I learned from that class.

A simple logo I made for my Dad's Baseball League.

An Illustration in which I interpreted the 'Banjosaur' card from Hearthstone, in a rough comic strip style.

An Adobe Photoshop Illustration in which I depicted Finn and Jake from Adventure Time taking on the high seas with a makeshift raft.

For this piece, I depicted the before and after of Sprout from Brawl Stars being splashed by a vat of chemicals. This piece depicts the before of that set, with Sprout running away from the oncoming explosion.

This depicts the aftermath of the previous piece, showing the mutations from the chemicals. This design comes from one of his skins in game.

For this piece, I created a crossover between three different cat characters from media. From left to right: Meowscarada (Pokémon), Kit (Brawl Stars), and Mao Mao (Mao Mao Heroes of Pure Heart).

Another character design project where we had to interpret characters into another genre. I chose Phineas and Ferb and put them into medieval fantasy, particularly inspired by Fire Emblem.

The final Character Design project where we had to make three characters of our own and put them into a scene. I made three bug characters and put them into a kingdom setting. These include a butterfly princess, a mantis scribe, and a worker bee.

For a game design project, I was tasked with the graphic design of the game, so I came up with card designs and character tokens for the game. The game was based on a competition between the band club and sports teams, so I made the card backing based on a football field.

For the card border I based it off of the band side of the game, so I made the border the treble clef.

These were the player tokens for the game, being a variety of sports equipment and musical instruments.

For an augmented Reality class, we had to make a mockup UI for an AR application. We focused on readability and ease of use, so I designed an art application that would be simple to understand and utilize.

For the Augmented Reality class we were tasked with designing an environment to view, so I made a museum-like timeline for Brawl Stars.

This is the qr code attached to that Augmented Reality timeline for viewing purposes.
